Leading e-cigarette company Juul Labs is looking into setting up its own retail stores, a source familiar with the matter told CNN. According to the source, JUUL will launch initial locations in Houston and Dallas. The stores will only be accessible to those 21 and over, and only mint, menthol and tobacco flavors will be sold.
